The founder and principal of RLA Partners is Kirill Okorochenkov.

In his career, Kirill Okorochenkov has served as a Country Legal Counsel (Russia & CIS) for the Boeing Company and, before that, spent more than twelve years as an associate with the Moscow office of a top tier international law firm.

Where possible Kirill personally supervises every client’s case, including the initial consultation, investigation, legal research and the actual advice. He works closely with clients to develop an effective legal strategy that meets each client’s objectives and budget.
